We recommend booking your balloon décor at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. For larger events or peak seasons, booking even earlier is ideal. However, don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re in a pinch—we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests!

Do you offer delivery and setup services?

Absolutely! We provide delivery and setup for all our custom balloon installations. Our team will handle everything, from creating the perfect design to ensuring it’s flawlessly installed at your venue. For Grab & Go balloons, you’ll pick them up and handle the setup yourself with our easy instructions.

What areas do you serve?

Balloon Fête Charleston is based in West Ashley, Charleston, SC. We proudly serve the surrounding areas and are happy to travel up to 30 miles for installations. If your event is further away, contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

What types of balloons do you use?

We only use high-quality, biodegradable latex balloons and durable foil balloons. Our materials ensure that your décor not only looks fantastic but is also eco-friendly and safe for all guests.

Can you customize the colors and themes of the balloons?

Of course! We love creating custom balloon designs tailored to your specific theme and color palette. Whether it’s a corporate event, birthday party, or wedding, we’ll work with you to match your vision perfectly.

What is the process for ordering balloon décor?

To get started, fill out our online inquiry form with details about your event. We’ll review your information and contact you within 48 hours to discuss your needs, provide a quote, and finalize your booking. It’s that simple!

Do you offer rentals for event décor?

Yes, we have a fantastic selection of rental items, including wooden backdrops, shimmer walls, chairs for the guest of honor, and more. Rentals are available exclusively with our balloon décor services to ensure a cohesive look.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least two weeks before the event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future event. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

How long will the balloon décor last?

Our balloon creations are designed to last! With proper care, most indoor installations can stay beautiful for several days. Outdoor installations are more susceptible to weather conditions but should still provide a fantastic display for your event.
